Forest Hills Camping at Tala

All Meals package is as per set menu decided prior to arrival. Any extras not mentioned and ordered at the villa will be chargeable. Items in the set menu if ordered and eaten in advance will not be served again during the main meal service. If the same is asked to be served again it will be charged portion-wise. Items not consumed at meal times will not be served later or the next day or credit is given for the same. The same will be charged additional if ordered later. Child Meals: Additional/ Separate meals, milk etc. will be charged. Drivers/Maids and accompanying staff are charged a nominal charge for their food and stay. Separate meals are cooked and provided for staff, any items ordered a la carte from the menu or eaten from guest meals will be charged at normal rates, kindly inform your accompanying staff of the same to avoid any misunderstandings later.

Advance once paid will not be refunded. However, if guest informs 21 days in advance of postponement of stay, then the same reservation can be utilized within 90 days subject to availability. The same reservation may or may not be available for weekends or festival-days. Moreover, should there be any change in the tariffs, differences will have to be paid by guest. Cash, valuables of the guests are not the responsibility of the management. Should any belongings of guest get lost or damaged – management will not be liable for the loss. However, if the lost item is recovered, the same will be duly returned to the guest. In the unlikely event of a forest fire, or fire within any premises, climatic factors, including, landslides inherent in forest conditions; accident or illness in this remote area without access to medical facilities, transportation failures, equipment failure in Forest Hills, or, during the guided trips to nearby historical sites – the management will not bear liability in any way. In any adventure activities, negligence in any manner by the guest, or, due to any other factors, the management is not liable, whatsoever, in any way. In abnormal conditions that lead to unexpected events of social unrest, the management carries no responsibility. All rooms and tents; public areas in the camping grounds are strictly non-smoking zones. However, for smokers, specific areas are duly allotted on every level of Forest Hills. This is in regards to the safety of the overall environment. Possession or consumption of any forms of drugs – weed, marijuana, hash, ganja etc. even in the smallest quantity on premises is against the management’s policy. The Management is not responsible for any death, injury caused due to use of any sports equipment swimming pool, trampoline or any other equipment on the premises at Forest Hills. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and supervised in the swimming pool. The use of all utilities and sports equipment at the villa including the pool, ATV bikes, Mountain bikes, trampoline, swings etc, are at your own risk. The Management does not take any responsibility for death, injury due to use of the same. Children must be supervised at all times, the Management does not provide baby sitters and is not responsible for the same. The Management is not responsible for any death, injury caused due to use of any sports equipment swimming pool, trampoline or any other equipment on the premises at Forest Hills. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and supervised in the swimming pool.
