Day 2 – Delhi: Mughal Stories, Old Streets & City Life

Day 3 – Delhi to Agra: The Taj Mahal Awaits

After breakfast, check out and leave Delhi behind.

The road leads towards Agra, once one of the great centres of the Mughal Empire.

And then you finally see it.

The Taj Mahal.

White marble. Perfect symmetry. The Yamuna flowing quietly behind it.

No photograph really prepares you for standing in front of it.

Spend time exploring the Taj Mahal before continuing your Agra sightseeing with Agra Fort and other historical landmarks.

Depending on the itinerary and local conditions, attractions such as Moti Masjid, Akbar's Tomb and Itmad-ud-Daulah may also be included.

Return to your hotel and relax after a day filled with history.

Day 4 – Agra to Jaipur: From Mughal Grandeur to Rajasthan

After breakfast, check out and begin the journey towards Jaipur.

But this isn't just a transfer day.

En route, explore Fatehpur Sikri, the atmospheric former Mughal city built during the reign of Emperor Akbar.

The massive gateways, red sandstone buildings and quiet courtyards make it one of the most fascinating stops on the Golden Triangle route.

Continue towards Jaipur.

Begin with Amber Fort, dramatically positioned against the Aravalli hills.

Walk through its courtyards and grand halls and explore the famous Sheesh Mahal, where thousands of tiny mirrors create an extraordinary play of light.

Continue towards Panna Meena Kund, followed by a photo stop at Jal Mahal.

Then head into the heart of Jaipur.

See the iconic Hawa Mahal, visit the magnificent City Palace and explore Jantar Mantar, the remarkable astronomical observatory built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II.
