Sunflower Tour Itinerary (Detailed Schedule)

06:00 AM—Departure from Kotak Mahindra Bank, Dadar East with pickup stops across Mumbai suburbs including Bandra, Santacruz, Andheri, Goregaon, Borivali, Dahisar & Vasai Phata.

09:30 AM – Arrival at the farm and check-in.
09:40 AM – Fresh countryside breakfast to kickstart the day.
10:00 AM – First walk through the blooming sunflower fields with time for photos and exploration.
10:30 AM – Explore the farm’s nursery and polly house – learn about local farming practices.
11:00 AM – Enjoy a tractor ride deeper into the farm environment.
12:00 PM – Participate in theme activities: rock pool fun, fog dance parties, and a mud bath adventure.
1:30 PM – Lunchtime with hearty village-style meal options.
2:30 PM – Treat yourself to fresh watermelon ice cream and refreshments.
3:00 PM – Play group games, art activities, and interact with hosts for more fun.

Booking Procedure:

Step 2: After payment, you will be requested to fill out the mandatory disclaimer form online, where you have to fill in relevant details, including your complete address.

Step 3: Now that your participation is confirmed, the organizer will create a WhatsApp group on the event day for coordination, We will coordinate through SMS or phone if the participant is not available in WhatsApp.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation within 24 hours of payment is 100% refundable. (Not applicable on payments made before or less than 36 hours of the event.). Only 20% will be refunded in this case.)
If cancellation is done prior to 10 days of the outing, 90% is refundable.
If cancellation is done prior to 6 days of the outing, 60% will be refunded.
If done prior to 3 days of outing, 30% will be refunded
After that, no refund will be provided.
